Who we are

Hearthbruk is a property care portfolio gifted by real-estate professionals to their clients. This policy covers our beta service operating in the Chicago suburbs.

What we collect

• Agent & inspector accounts: name, email, brokerage, headshot, and login credentials.
• Property records: address, buyer name and email (provided by the agent), property attributes, and uploaded photos.
• Inspection reports: PDF files uploaded by agents or homeowners, plus the structured findings extracted from them.
• Homeowner activity: messages sent through the portal, completed care-plan tasks, and dismissed alerts.
• Operational logs: minimal request metadata for debugging. We do not log portal tokens, passwords, or message contents.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Lovable Cloud (Postgres database and object storage). Access is restricted by row-level security: agents see only their assigned properties; homeowners access their own portal via a private token-bearing URL. Inspection PDFs and uploaded photos are kept in private storage and served via short-lived signed URLs.

How we use it

• To render each homeowner's portal and care plan.
• To let agents manage the properties they represent.
• To extract structured information from inspection PDFs using a third-party AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway). PDFs and extracted data are not used to train those models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that operate the service (Lovable Cloud, AI gateway) and only as needed to deliver it.

Your choices

Agents can rotate a homeowner's portal link at any time, which immediately invalidates the prior URL. To request deletion of your data, email hello@beholdings.co.
