Beta service

Hearthbruk is in beta. Features may change, content may be reset, and uptime is not guaranteed. Don't rely on it as your only system of record.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have rights to share.
Don't use the service to harass homeowners or other agents.
Don't attempt to access portals or accounts that aren't yours.
Don't attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

Care guidance

Care plans, seasonal alerts, and inspection summaries are informational. They are not a substitute for a licensed contractor, inspector, or insurance carrier. Verify anything safety-related with a qualified professional.

Affiliate links and pro referrals

Some product recommendations include affiliate links, and some “Find a Pro” suggestions route to vetted local contractors or partner networks. Hearthbruk may earn a commission or referral fee from these. Agents are not charged for the service and do not share in that revenue. Pricing for homeowners and pros is unaffected.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Agents may close their account at any time by emailing hello@beholdings.co.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearthbruk and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
